Which images can I upload?
One JPG, PNG or WebP photo, up to 8 MB. A clear photo with one main subject works best — it is resized for phones automatically.
How does the puzzle work?
The photo is cut into 9 or 16 shuffled pieces. They tap two pieces to swap them, or drag one onto another, until the picture is complete.
What if it’s too hard for them?
Choose 9 pieces for an easy puzzle. There is also a “Hold to peek” button that shows the finished picture.
What does the recipient need to do?
Just open the link and start swapping pieces. No app, no account.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. You walk through the whole surprise in a free preview, exactly as they will see it, with your own details already in place. Nothing is charged until you unlock it.

How does the recipient open it?
By tapping the link — on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS or anywhere else. It opens in any phone browser: no app, no sign-up and no password (unless you add one where the experience offers it).
Can I edit it after paying?
No. The surprise is sealed the moment you unlock the link, so use the preview to check names, spelling and photos first. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we’ll help.
How are my photos and messages handled?
They are only visible to people who have the link. The page is never listed in search engines or a public gallery, and the link and everything in it is deleted after 90 days.
How do I get help?
